Refunds within 14 days

If Dockaroo isn’t for you, email support@dockaroo.com within 14 days of purchase with your receipt or license key. We’ll refund you, no questions asked.

What happens next

• Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method. It usually appears within a few business days.
• A refunded license key stops working.
• You can keep using the free trial if it’s still running.

Something not working? Tell us through support first and we will try to fix it. If you still want a refund, that is fine.
